- Membership Coordinator, UK
JUSTICE is looking to appoint a talented Membership Coordinator to join our Development team. The role focuses on developing JUSTICE’s membership base, encouraging longevity of membership and reducing membership attrition. The successful candidate will work to achieve this by ensuring JUSTICE’s membership offer and services are attractive, useful and responsive to our members’ needs. You will be the first point of contact for our c1200 members via email and telephone, dealing with all membership queries and managing administration including monthly renewals and processing invoices. You will need strong communications skills and be committed to a high quality customer service. The successful candidate will be appointed to a full-time post on a permanent basis, based at our London office.
Our 2016-2020 strategic plan focuses on increasing our membership numbers and engagement. Whilst we have successfully increased membership engagement over the past few years, we are keen to continue to explore other ways to increase interaction and our membership numbers.
We would like to recruit a bright, motivated person who is passionate about justice and how we can make our legal processes accessible to all. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. With excellent interpersonal skills, they will be able to work closely with JUSTICE members from students to senior and retired judicial figures.
The deadline for applications is Midday on Thursday 30th November.
Interviews will be held on Thursday 7th December. Candidates will be required to complete a test as part of the interview process.
