- Prevention Specialist, DC, USA (password)

Briotix is seeking talented and driven professionals in the field of ergonomics, occupational health, safety, and compliance to provide ergonomic services (mainly office ergonomics, but may also include industrial setting) to several Briotix clients locatted in the Washington, DC area. This postion requires traveling to local areas around Washington, DC including Owing Mills, Sterling and Alexandria. The postion is part-time requiring between 10-12 hours of servcie per week, for at least 2 days per week. The required hours are anytime between 9:00 am-5:00 pm based on the needs. Only candidates that have 3 + years of prior ergonomic assessment experince will be considered.
PLEASE NOTE : This potion does have the potential to become full-time

Your Expertise
Experience managing & delivering corporate injury prevention, health & safety, or compliance programs
Proficiency in delivery of employee training and coaching programs
Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel PowerPoint and web search engines
At least 5 years of experience in the field of ergonomics or occupational health & safety
Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Kinesiology, or equivalent experience required

Education Requirements
Master’s degree in a related field is PREFERRED, including but not limited to Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Human Factors, Athletic Training
Ergonomist certification highly desired
